  • Walls: Steel reinforced non-combustible precast concrete panels with matching parapet fascias in a choice of finishes
  • Up and Over Doors: Fully retractable, white or brown powder coated galvanised steel in steel frames
  • Roof: Galvanised steel, bold-roll tile profile roof sheets in a powder coated brown finish and with an anti-condensation internal finish
  • Security: Key operated cylinder locks with 4-point locking
  • Fixings: All fittings are rust resistant and all panels are sealed to each other with mastic and to the base with an internal sand and cement fillet
  • Gutters: Front elevations have concrete gutters and the rear elevations have PVCu 'Squareflow' gutters fitted to brown plastisol steel fascias
