- Roof: Piched at 12.5 degrees clad with cement fibre roof sheets
- Gutters: Black gutter and downpipes to both sides
- Eaves filler: Pre-formed draught excluder fitted at eaves level
- Fascias: Treated softwood
- Fillet: Internal sand and cement mix laid at the bottom of the panels

Garage Door
The standard door included with your garage (2 with double garages) is a horizontally ribbed, white primed galvanised steel door that you can top coat in your choice of colour or choose from the options below to upgrade to a different style including a 15'2 wide door for the double garages
All garage doors are made from galvanised steel (except cedar doors) with a high security cylinder lock and handle and with 4-point locking
For ease of access the width of your garage door increases with the width of your garage

Maintenance Free Doors: Plastisol doors have a ‘leathergrain’ finish and Woodgrain doors have a PVCu finish to the outside. White Plastisol doors have a white polyester primer coat and all others have a brown polyester primer coat
