Compton Spar Apex Garages Construction

Steel reinforced panels with an attractive Spar aggregate maintenance free finish or in a plain concrete panel both 6'6" high

The panels are flush jointed with a mastic sealant and securely bolted together

The gutters and downpipes are black PVCu

The Up and Over doors are manufactured by Cardale Doors, spring assisted, fully retractable and are Guaranteed for 10 Years for safe and reliable operation on the basis of regular, recommended maintenance and repair

A hardwood timber weather bar is bedded on mastic and screwed to the base across the door opening to help prevent water ingress

All timber parts are supplied treated with a preservative

The roof is pitched at 12.5 degrees and clad with 5" profile close fitting fibre cement roof sheets. These are fixed to primed steel roof trusses and purlins with galvanised bolts and clips using black washers and caps externally for weatherproofing

Eaves filler (pre-formed foam) seals the roof sheet to the top of the walls

Should any structural component fail during that period, Compton will repair or replace it at no cost to you provided that the basic maintenance has been carried out in accordance with the Care and Maintenance instructions issued once your garage has been delivered
