Steel reinforced panels with an attractive Spar aggregate maintenance free finish or in a plain concrete panel both 6'6" high
The panels are flush jointed with a mastic sealant and securely bolted together
The gutters and downpipes are black PVCu
The Up and Over doors are manufactured by Cardale Doors, spring assisted, fully retractable and are Guaranteed for 10 Years for safe and reliable operation on the basis of regular, recommended maintenance and repair
A hardwood timber weather bar is bedded on mastic and screwed to the base across the door opening to help prevent water ingress
All timber parts are supplied treated with a preservative
The roof sheets are one piece (no joins - no leaks) galvanised steel with a 3" corrugation and a Grafo-Therm anti-condensation treatment to the underside
They are fixed to timber or steel rafters (dependant on width) with either roofing nails or galvanised bolts and clips using black washers and caps externally for weatherproofing
