  • Windows: 4 fixed windows - 2 to the front and 1 to each side - all 4' high x 2' wide (1200 x 600mm) with a transom bar on 2" x 3" (50 x 75mm) frames
  • Roof: Fully trussed roof with 19 x 124mm T&G deal boarding on 38 x 75mm framing
  • Roof cover: 38kg green mineralised felt
  • Roof overhang: 400mm deep
  • Treatment: Light brown timber preservative
