  • Glazing: Full height clear toughened glass as standard with optional Georgian or leaded windows and doors
  • Eaves height (external): 7'0 (2130mm)

  • Cladding: Premium grade 12mm T&G cedar shiplap
  • Internal Lining: Patterned MDF to the walls and ceiling in a 2 coat paint finish
  • Framing: 45 x 45mm planed deal
  • Floor: Treated T&G deal floorboards onto pressure treated floor joists
  • Doors: Rebated door with a swept head, mortice lock, solid brass furniture and raised and fielded base panels
  • Roof: Pressure treated Cedar shingles onto a deal framework roof lined with mineral roofing felt
  • Windows: 2 fixed windows and 2 opening side hung windows with brass fittings - all with swept heads

The external T&G boards are sprayed prior to fixing to prevent shrinkage marks

Choose an external colour, an internal colour and then one of these two colours for the windows and doors (colour samples on application)
