  • Framing: 2" x 2" (48 x 48mm) planed deal
  • Cladding: 12mm T&G deal (pine) shiplap
  • Floor and roof: 12mm T&G deal
  • Windows: Joinery made windows (glass glazed) to one side with 2 opening sashes
  • Doors: Double doors 5'10 (1780mm) wide, framed, ledged and braced with a 3 lever mortice lock, 3 'antique' style door hinges and 'antique' handles
  • Treatment: Spirit base preservative
