Making A Purchase
To buy online add the chosen item or selection of items to your 'Shopping Cart' where you can review and edit your order and then proceed to the 'Checkout' to complete your purchase - it couldn't be easier! If you prefer you may order by phone or fax |

Shipping And Handling
Delivery is included to England, Wales and Scotland (south of the Caledonian Canal) but certain smaller items may be subject to a delivery charge for delivery to Scotland, Devon and Cornwall. We shall advise you of this before your order is processed in order that you may cancel if necessary without incuring any charges. We do not supply overseas. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is clear access available for delivery including sufficient height (some buildings have sections that will not pass under the frame of a garden gate). If we know about any such restriction beforehand we can arrange for the building to be supplied in smaller sections. We cannot deliver buildings over walls or fences or through houses. If you are in any doubt then please contact us. |

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to give you 7 to 10 days notice by post of our intended delivery day Lead times are on average between 3 to 6 weeks depending on the type of building but may vary due to seasonal demand You can request soonest delivery after a certain date, advise us of dates that are not acceptable or delay delivery by requesting that the order is held in a pending file awaiting further instructions Orders for Compton Garages cannot be processed for delivery until we receive a completed Help the Driver form from you. This is because we need to know about any access restrictions before we can allocate a suitable vehicle Please contact us if you require more specific information |

Baseworks
A firm and level base of paving slabs, concrete or decking must be ready in time for our delivery as we will usually erect the building on the delivery day Large, heavy buildings and garages must be sited on concrete bases. Please site your base so that any roof overhangs do not fall outside the boundary of your property and allow space for working room on the outside to install the building (you will also need access for maintenance). If the base is not ready or unsuitable we reserve the right to charge for a second visit or leave the building for the customer to erect. We will then reimburse any charge made for installation. This is not an option for Compton garages. Please call us if you have any doubts. |

Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% |

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted via a Secure Server when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Returns Policy
If you have to cancel your order we will refund your payment in full providing that you give us written notice at least seven days prior to the scheduled delivery date and twenty one days written notice for conservatoriy orders subject to any preparation costs (e.g. costs of producing parts for non standard buildings). If you wish to return a building you must give us written notice no later than seven days after the delivery date and the building must be in 'as new' condition. The customer shall be responsible for all the costs involved in returning the building |
